Artwork Quality: The quality of the final printed product is directly influenced by the quality of the artwork submitted by you, our valued customer. We cannot be held accountable for any issues arising from the original artwork, including resolution, size, pixelation, blurriness, or other image defects. We highly recommend that you thoroughly review your artwork for these potential issues before uploading and approving it for print.
Typographical and Artwork Errors: It is your responsibility to examine your artwork for any typographical errors, image quality concerns, and overall accuracy prior to giving approval. Please note that we do not conduct reviews of artwork before printing; your approval of the proof indicates that the artwork is ready for print in its current state.
Refund Policy: Please be advised that once you approve an order during the online ordering process, we are unable to issue refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect resulting from our printing process. Our commitment to quality ensures that we will address any issues that arise directly from our manufacturing.

THE FOLLOWING ARE EXAMPLES OF ISSUES THAT DO NOT QUALIFY FOR A REPRINT OR REFUND:

Images that appear fuzzy, pixelated, or distorted due to low-quality files submitted for print.

Images that experience color shifts due to conversion into CMYK format.

Errors found within customer artwork, including insufficient bleed, misspellings, punctuation errors, damaged fonts, or incorrect scaling affecting the finished product size.

Orders that have been used.

Orders that are canceled after entering production.

Orders containing dated materials that arrive after the specified date. Customers are responsible for allowing sufficient time for the placement of orders for time-sensitive materials.

Orders that are refused at the time of delivery or deemed undeliverable.
Artwork is sent to print "As Is" and will not be edited by Sign Pro unless specifically addressed to the customer.
While Sign Pro products are crafted to be high-quality and durable, we cannot guarantee their longevity under various conditions such as wind, sun exposure, rain, hail, improper installation, or other unforeseen factors. Customers are responsible for ensuring proper use and display of their products. At the first sign of distress, please consider whether your product may be improperly hung or placed in an area with high winds, particularly if there is no support behind or around it.
